The court ordered to take out Zahir Jaffer, the main accused in the Noor Muqadam murder case, for using obscene language in the court room and said that the accused was acting.
Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani heard the Noor Muqaddam murder case in the District and Sessions Court of Islamabad. A statement was taken from cartographer Amir Shehzad in the court.
During the hearing, the main accused Zahir Jaffar kept shouting “Hamza Hamza” in the court room while constantly using vulgar words.
The court ordered the police to take the main accused Zahir Jaffer to Bakhshi Khana. While taking him to Bakhshi Khana, the main accused Zahir Jaffer got hold of the policeman and the policemen forcibly grabbed him and took him to Bakhshi Khana.
During the hearing, the lawyers of the accused completed cross-examination on cartographer Amir Shehzad, head constable Muharram Farast Fahim and ASI Riaz.
Accused Zakir Jaffer’s lawyer Basharatullah was not cross-examined by him on his non-availability.
The court summoned Dr Jahanzeb, crime scene in-charge Imran and extradition witnesses Sikandar Hayat and Sikandar Ali for the next hearing while the hearing of the case was adjourned till November 10.
