Shaykh al-Hadith Hebatullah is alive: Zabihullah Mujahid

Zabihullah Mujahid, a spokesman for the Taliban, which has taken control of Afghanistan, said Shaykh al-Hadith Hebatullah is alive.

The spokesman for the Afghan Taliban added that if you want to establish peace in Afghanistan, that peace can only come through the implementation of the punishments in Sharia law.

Zabihullah Mujahid further said that this time a thorough investigation will be carried out before punishing anyone.

He also said that he was 80% sure that the issues in Panjshir would be resolved through dialogue. “We want to move beyond reconciliation,” he said.
