Noor Mukadam’s father challenges bail of Therapy Works CEO, employees
In the Noor Mukadam murder case, father Shaukat Mukadam filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court seeking cancellation of bail of the employees and owner of the therapy works.
In the Islamabad High Court, Shaukat Mukadam, father of Noor Mukadam , has challenged the Additional Sessions Judge’s decision to grant bail to six accused.
The petition filed by Shaukat Muqadam said that the court ignored the rules laid down by the Supreme Court while granting bail. The accused were present at the scene while the facts regarding the injury of accused Amjad were hidden in the hospital.
He further said in the petition that the accused also concealed the facts of cancellation of bail of Zakir Jaffer, Ismat Zakir. The accused are threatening Shaukat Muqaddam.
Shaukat Mukadam requested the court to quash the decision of the Additional Sessions Judge and cancel the bail of six accused to meet the requirements of justice.
