Lahore High Court dismissed the petition against Ayesha Akram

Lahore High Court dismissed the petition for action against Ayesha Akram in the Greater Iqbal Park trespass case, declaring it inadmissible.

Citizen Ismatullah had filed a petition in the Lahore High Court seeking action against Ayesha Akram. The court inquired as to how a direct petition against a citizen is admissible in the High Court.

The petitioner was of the view that according to the videos on social media, Ayesha Akram called the followers. According to the guard of Minar Pakistan, Ayesha Akram had a chance to escape twice but she stayed there.

The citizen took a stand in the petition that this incident has brought Pakistan into disrepute all over the world. Criminal action should be taken against Ayesha Akram for inciting the mob.
