Evander Holyfield TKO’d by Vitor Belfort in first round

Evander Holyfield TKO’d By Vitor Belfort, Fans Chant ‘We Want Trump’

Evander Holyfield was just knocked out in the first round of a completely one-sided fight against Vitor Belfort.

It was clear from the very beginning — both fighters were on totally different levels and Belfort took advantage.

Of course, Holyfield is one of the greatest fighters EVER … but it’s clear at 58 years old, he is not the same champion boxer from the past.

Triller’s Ryan Kavanaugh wants to see more of Belfort — announcing he’s proposing a $30 million “winner take all” fight against Jake Paul.

After hitting the deck from a quick uppercut, Holyfield struggle to get his head straight and keep his guard up, before the referee intervened and stopped the fight, declaring 44-year-old Belfort the winner. You can see the moment here.

Despite former UFC star having to deal with the boxing transition, it was clear that Holyfield – now 58 and not having fought since 2014 – is not the same specimen he was in his prime.

The fans in attendance are absolutely LOVING Trump, BTW — with most people in the crowd chanting, “We Want Trump” after a powerful rendition of the national anthem.

Trump gave the crowd love right back … saying, “We love our country, we love our country. Thank you very much.”

As you can see, people were holding up signs and chanting his name, as the former President commentated the fight – an announcement that caught most people off guard which also includes David Haye’s return to boxing too.

Trump stood to enjoy the cheer and applause, saying he was “honoured” to be with them, adding “We love our country, we love our country. Thank you very much.”

As many of the signs in the crowd indicated, he has already precluded running for office again in 2024 and getting involved in events like this are all a part of campaigning – though it seemed he didn’t need much to get many of those in the arena onside.

The former prez also honored the 13 US servicemen — “great warriors” — who were killed outside the airport in Kabul.

Trump eventually switched to boxing, saying he was excited to watch the legendary fighters on the card … including Anderson Silva, who he accidentally called “Anderson Silver.”
